The ingredients of the recipe
- 5 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for about 10 – 15 minutes or until corn is heated through, stirring frequently.
Strain corn with a slotted spoon, as you serve.
